Feiyue arrives in New York - Around the world

September 15, 2011

Feiyue surprised many new Yorkers last Saturday with an original event celebrating the Fashion Week. The sneaker brand organized four flashmobs on different strategic locations around the city. These secret locations were only unveiled hours before the performances on Facebook and Twitter. Manhattan was then transformed into a gigantic dance floor by several talented students from the Broadway Dance Center.
At the same time, in the Meatpacking District, a truck was transformed in a photo studio, hosting an unexpected photo call. The main word was “fun”. Passers-by had the unique opportunity to be photographed by the accomplished photographer Keetja Allard, known among others for her portraits of the Beastie Boys, Zoe Kravitz, Moby, the White Stripes and many more.
Please have a look at the pictures and videos of the event below!

To many, Parkour is an extreme sport. To others it's a discipline more comparable to martial arts but whatever the description, Parkour encapsulates human movement in its most beautiful, dynamic and explosive form.
