How do I buy online ?
1. Check that the country indicated matches the destination of your order. If not, change the selection in the list of countries we ship to.
2. Choose the products you like and add them to your shopping basket, taking care to choose the right size.
3. When you have finished shopping, click your shopping basket.
4. Fill in the form by entering your delivery address and payment details.
5. This will complete the ordering process, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
How can I pay at Feiyue-shoes.com ?
The Feiyue online shop authorises secure payment by debit/credit card only (Carte Bleue, Mastercard, or Visa).
Is online payment at Feiyue-shoes.com secure ?
When you place an order with Feiyue shoes, we guarantee you a fully secure environment. The MERCANET system from BNP Paribas uses the SSL
(Secure Socket Layer) protocol to encrypt the data you enter.
SIZES
How is the sizing of Feiyue shoes ?
The fit of Feiyue shoes tends to be slightly small. We recommend that you size up (one size above your usual size).
Can I buy them in half-sizes ?
Feiyue shoes do not come in half-sizes. If in doubt about the sizes of certain models, please e-mail us:

Feiyue-shoes.com ships to the following countries :

How much are the shipping charges ?
Delivery is free, without any minimum order requirement, for any purchase sent to mainland France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
For other countries, the shipping charge is 8 euros.
How will I know if my order is being processed ?
After you confirm your order online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You can track the progress of your order via the
"Order tracking" section of the Feiyue shop.
How many days will it take for my order to arrive ?
We ship your order within 48 hours via Colissimo registered parcel service. Allow three to five working days for your parcel to arrive.
Feiyue Shoes cannot be held responsible for postal delays. Parcels are sent from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
What if I am out when the parcel arrives ?
If you are absent when the parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a notification slip in your letterbox.
You then have two weeks to go and collect the parcel from your post office. To pick up the parcel, go to the post office indicated on
the notification slip, and remember to take the slip with you, as well as some identification.
I have not received my parcel yet. How can I track the status of the shipment ?
For parcels sent by Colissimo and TNT, you can track the progress of the shipment in real time. You will find the parcel tracking number in your Feiyue customer account.
My order was returned to sender.
This could have occurred for the following reasons:
- The delivery address was incomplete and the parcel could not be delivered
- Your parcel was waiting at your local post office but the two-week limit has now expired.
RETURNS / CANCELLATION / EXCHANGE
France and Corsica:
Should you require an exchange or refund, simply return the pair of shoes, intact and in their original box, along with the reason why you are returning them. We will provide you with a COLISSIMO SERVICES label, which should be stuck carefully to your parcel. Then take your parcel to your local Post Office, and check that they date stamp your deposit slip.
Feiyue will cover the cost of return postage for all non-promotional items.
Europe, overseas territories, international shipping:
Should you require an exchange or refund, simply return the pair of shoes (intact and in their original box) in a new parcel. Send this parcel, along with a copy of the order confirmation e-mail or your full contact information and the reason why you are returning them, to following address:

Feiyue will not cover the cost of return postage for parcels sent outside mainland France.
What if I ordered the wrong size or quantity ?
Send an e-mail to Customer Service as soon as possible so that we can correct the error.

How should I take care of my Feiyue shoes ?
We recommend you to clean your Feiyue with a damp scrub brush. Keep your shoes in a cool, dry place where they can air out properly.
